Pheww, it took me longer than I thought but it’s finally done!

All my content for the first quarter is mapped out: Facebook group & page, weekly newsletters, prompts…

And that’s not even the best part.

I’ve committed to make 2019 the year I work smarter, not harder. And that’s why leveraging my content is a core strategy for my business.

So here’s the best part about my content mapping session: I don’t have to create any new pieces of content for the whole next quarter if I don’t want to.

Woohoo!

Alright, so let’s get to it.

Here are the steps [with pictures]

STEP 1: I LAY OUT ALL MY SUPPLIES
  • Blank 3-month calendar

My kids really like to scribble on my boards
  • Favorite Enya playlist
STEP 2: START WITH THE EASY AND UNCHANGING CONTENT
  • Daily prompts in my Facebook group. Eg. Motivation Monday, Tuesday Tips, Q&A Wednesday, Travel Thursday, Friday Wins, Social Saturday.
  • Motivational quotes for Tuesdays (I check my previous content calendar to reuse most of them)
  • Short pre-recorded videos for Mondays

STEP 3: WRITE 2 TO 3 MAIN GOALS AT THE TOP OF EACH OF THE THREE CALENDAR MONTHS
  • Enter the deadlines for each of the goals. Eg. February’s main goal can be to enroll 10 people in your new program and the program’s launch date on February 11.

STEP 4: ENTER CONTENT BASED ON YOUR MONTHLY & WEEKLY GOALS
  • Enjoy the process!

Obviously I truly enjoy the process of spending my Saturday afternoon planning all my Q1 content. You know, I kind of see it as putting together a puzzle.
But at the end of the day, it’s about how you can save an enormous amount of time (and sanity) by planning out your content in advance.

If you’re tired of sharing content  and inconsistently and   improvising your posts week after week. then I want to help you map out your very own content for Q1. I’ve opened up a few spots on my calendar so you can book your FREE call right now.
